General Terms

• I may reject your request if I am not comfortable drawing it.

• You are not allowed to modify my work.

• Please inform me if you wish for the artwork to be hidden during the commission process, otherwise, I hold the right to stream the proccess of your commission and to upload progress on my social media.

• I don't accept rush commissions at the moment, please only request if you can wait.

• For model commissions - Please provide at least a clear, completed, front-facing design

  • If you require character design work, an aditional fee will be added.  In this case, moodboards are highly recomended. Please provide at least 6 images.

  • Any extra outfits you intend to get will also require reference! Mood boards are alright for very simple outfits.

• For Illustration commissions - Please provide at least 2-3 reference pictures of your character. If you have a specific pose, feel free to also provide a reference/example of the type of pose you want.

• For Stream Asset commissions - Please keep in mind that most of the art on this cathegory is chibi art. Provide me with around 1-2 references of your character and :​

  • For emotes, if you wish for me to recreate a meme, provide a reference of that as well.

  • In the page, there are a few emote examples so you can best describe to me what you want. 

• DO NOT upload any of my work to any AI. By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms. If there is any violation of my terms of services, you will be banned from commissioning me again.

PROCESS​

• Commissions are usually done monthly.  Any change to this timetable will be announced on Twitter.

• They are not first-come first-served. There will be anywhere from 1-4 slots accepted for each batch.

• Commission application form (Google Forms) will be released on Twitter and will remain open until up to two days after posting.

• If you are selected: 

  • You will be contacted via Discord/Twitter/E-mail, 2-3 days after the forms close, with notice of when the commission can begin and a price quote.

  • You will only be invoiced for payment once I can begin the commission.

  • All details are to be fully-discussed in this stage.

• If you are NOT selected: You will not be contacted.

• If there is no response at all to contact attempts regarding slot allocation/payment after 72 hours, the slot will be automatically revoked/given to someone else/postponed*. (*only if time allows for the artist)​​

• There are max of 2 revisions up until the colored sketch phase. After that any major revision will have an additional fee.

• The time I take to finish a commission may vary from 4 to 6 weeks or more depending on other factors such as health, work or complexity of the design. If there is a delay I shall inform you. This window will start when I begin your project, not when you are given a slot! 

• Updates for the commission will be sent through Discord, Twitter or E-mail, depending on the client's preference.

• The commission is considered done once the final work has been delivered and client has given approval or hasn't replied within 48 hours.​

• Please provide timely feedback/psd. edits to keep the project on schedule.​

• Regarding future add-ons:

  • Add-ons may take a up to a few months before I can get started on them depending on how long the add-on queue is.

  • They are considered lower priority to any existing/new commission batch. There will always be time allocated to complete add-ons after existing work is completed.

  • You can let me know anytime you'd like to get add-ons, you will be added to the queue and contacted to begin when I reach your slot!

  • I will inform recurring clients when I am intending to take a break/open a new commission batch, in this case all add-on requests that come after this notice will be put on hold on a separate waitlist until said events are over.

Payment

• • Payment must be made upfront, through either PayPal / Ko-Fi (preferred!) / local transfer (SG)

  • ​You may also opt to pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

  • Clarification: The initial payment of a minimum of 50% is expected to be made within 5 days of the being contacted to begin the project (not when you are given a slot).

  • Split payments for the final 50% may be discussed.

• There will be strictly no refunds once I have started on your commission. The only exception being, if there is any reason I am unable to proceed with the project, I will refund you accordingly.​

Comercial Use and Copyright

• I retain the rights to use the artwork for my portfolio, posts and promotion for commissions. If otherwise then there will be a privacy fee.

• You may use this model for commercial purposes restricted to streaming and social media.

• You are not allowed to use the Live2D illustration for merchandise. Please contact me in order to be granted this right as such an additional fee of x3 the final price will be charged.

• You cannot resell my artwork.

• You cannot sell the PSD file.

• You cannot claim the artwork as your own work.

• I require to be credited on your social media platform, you may use my Twitter handle as a crediting source for such.
