TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.

General Terms

  • I may reject your request if I am not comfortable drawing it. Ex: Monsters, Furries, too complex designs, NSFW or any other reason.
     

  • An additional charge will be added if you do not have a clear design or the design is too complex. Descriptions or mood boards will not be accepted as a reference, but they are highly recommended if you are commissioning a design.
     

  • You are not allowed to modify the model.

Process

  • The time I take to finish a comission may vary from 3 to 6 weeks or more depending on other factors such as health, work or complexity of the design. If there is a delay I shall inform you. If you require the artwork to be urgent then an additional fee will be applied.
     

  • Updates for the commission will be sent through Discord or Email depending on the client's preference.
     

  • There are max 2 revisions during the colored sketch phase. After that any major revision will have an additional fee.
     

  • The commission is considered done once the final work has been delivered and client has given approval or hasn't replied within 48 hours.

Will Draw:
Humanoid, Kemonomimi, Light Gore, Lewd, feminine-leaning characters, designs that fit my art style

Will NOT Draw:

Furries, Mecha, Bara, Elderly, NSFW, Full armour 

(+ I struggle to draw hairstyles that show lots of forehead)

Application Requirements

For Model Commission:

  • Provide a clear front facing sketch of your model.
     

  • Moodboards, only descriptive text or colorless sketches will not be accepted. Unless you are commissioning a design.
     

  • Any extra outfits also require a reference.

For Designs:​

  • A moodboards and sketches are prefered. But I also accept descriptive text. 
     

  • Any extra outfits also require references.

PAYMENT

​

  • I accept payment in EUR on either Paypal or Ko-fi.
     

  • Payment can be either 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% once the lineart and flat colors are applied.
     

  • There will be no refunds once i´ve started your commission. You will be informed once i´ve started your commission.

  • I retain the rights to use your commission for my portfolio, post and promotion of commissions. Please inform me if you wish to keep your commission secret until debut.
     

  • You may use the model for commercial purposes such as streaming and social media.
     

  • You cannot resell my artwork. You cannot sell the PSD file. It is prohibited to use/upload/sell my work as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) anywhere. You cannot claim the artwork as your own.
     

  • I require to be credited on your social media platforms, you may use my twitter handle as a crediting source.
     

  • You are not allowed you use the Live2D illustration (and/or others commissions) for merchandise. Please contact me in order to be granted this right. An aditional fee will be charged.
